DELIVERY AND RETURNS
At Self Identity in line with our high standards and quality assurance we strive to ensure we provide 100% customer satisfaction. All products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure they are in line with our high standards.
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® or Royal mail first class signed for to arrive by 1pm the next following day excluding Sundays.
All international orders will be sent via DHL.
- All hair orders take 1-3 working days to be processed.
- Delivery times are all subject product availability.
- UK deliveries may take up to 3-5 working days from order date.
- Worldwide deliveries may take up to 5-10 working days from order date.
- All custom wig unit shipping times are between 7-14 working days from when the order is placed. In any event, where shipping times may be longer all clients will be informed.
All orders can be tracked this will be sent via email once shipped.
Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, all custom wig units, jewellery and custom hair dye services are non-refundable or exchangeable.
All deposits for appointments are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
Due to the nature of our products we may provide an exchange/refund subject to our approval standard* up to 14 days once you have received the item. After this date, there will be no consideration for such. The onus is on the client to cover shipping fees for refunds/exchanges. Please send this to:

*All items must be in their original packaging with original labels, unopened, untampered and unsealed. If any such are discoverable this will result in a refusal of a refund or exchange.
